Offered Psychotherapy Services

Dr. Asnaani typically provides short-term, focused psychotherapy using a secured online platform for specific anxiety or other fear-based symptoms, and treatment typically occurs once a week for 8-12 sessions. Sessions are normally 50 minutes, although longer sessions of 90 minutes are sometimes indicated, depending on the focus of a particular session. Dr. Asnaani also offers more intensive formats of therapy (e.g., twice weekly for 4-6 weeks) during the summer if needed and if clinically appropriate.

Prior to the start of treatment, Dr. Asnaani will provide a longer intake session (~90 minutes) to fully understand the scope of your presenting concerns to ensure a good fit for her areas of expertise and to explore a potential treatment plan. If it is not a good mutual fit based on her treatment approach and/or presenting symptoms, she will make referrals to specific providers or treatment networks and provide a brief treatment report if needed.

Please note, Dr. Asnaani does not deal with insurance companies directly, but can provide an invoice of services (with CPT codes) for clients to submit themselves for potential reimbursement if allowed by their individual plan. All sessions are paid in full depending on service provided right after the completion of each service to Dr. Asnaani as indicated below.
